- Visual tests of all parts of cranes.
- Static and Dynamic tests according to FEM and 466 BS standards.
- Checking the wear of rails and wheels.
- Dye Penetrate in section welding and cracking test in the form of Random from important and stressful places of metal structure.
- Checking and reviewing tow wires for rupture and chains for corrosion.
- Deflection of all bridges with nominal load (SWL) and + 20% with precision laser tools.
- Brake performance testing, including lifting, longitudinal and transverse thrusts.
- Check the design of the crane structure and related accessories in accordance with the standard 3 B 2 H 15018 DIN.
- Provide a final report (identity card) on each of the cranes separately along with the checklist form as well as the necessary
